(Prevention of Sexual Harassment)

We at Esquire are committed to implement POSH and govern ourselves to follow and put into practice all the required norms of POSH Act 2013.

Our endeavor is to provide safe and harmless work atmosphere for all women. Harassment of any type will be prohibited.

Company will take strict action, including termination from work after due investigation is done by the committee.

Any false complaints of harassment will also be dealt strictly.

The policy will extend to all staff, Workers, Venders and Visitors of our Premises.

तक्रारारीची योग्य ती चौकशी समितीकडून केल्यावर कंपनी शिक्षेस पात्र गुन्हेगारास कामावरून पण काढून टाकण्याची कठोर कारवाई करेल.

कोणत्याही खोट्या तक्रारारीची देखील कंपनी कठोरपणे कारवाई करेल.

हे धोरण कर्मचारी, कामगार आणि आमच्या परिसरातील येणाऱ्या सर्वांसाठी लागु आहे.
